stuff that abdo need to fix/change

here its the list of sutff abdo needs to change/fix

1:effict_vampire skill book sold in SM not visible or working(after being purchased and used)

2:pkt weekly, daily, and monthly needs to have the rewards changed/fixed (winner get only 10 19* uni useless) 2nd and 3rd place get nothing

3:all bosses from maps need to have better drops they drop 2/3 moon box card 1 xp ball 500 pp (king rock fire dancer high lvl ones not the little   panda)


4:the vote event need to be open to all players from all lvls since we need more votes in order to have more players coming in also the npc
  should allow you to vote first and then teleport player to the map and the mobs on such map should have higer drop rate and alot more mobs
  spawned since theres only few and the rewards totally suck

5:there should be a casual npc to exchange casuals since they are expensive and some of them are horrible so npc casual exchanger is a must
